Shipping Policy

Conquer With Faith Apparel Co. produces apparel to order. After you place an order, we prepare your item(s) and hand them to a carrier for delivery. Production usually takes about 2–7 business days before shipment, depending on the item and current order volume.

Delivery time after shipment depends on your destination and the carrier. Estimated ranges shown at checkout are guidelines, not guarantees.

Once your order ships, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Please keep that email accurate and check spam or promotions folders if you do not see a message.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is calculated at checkout from our print partner's live rate tables (by item type and quantity — first item and each additional item), so the amount covers production shipping cost for your exact cart.

• Standard— typically 7–12 business days after shipment (US & Canada)
• Express — typically 3–5 business days (US) or 5–7 (Canada) after shipment

Tees ship at the t-shirt rate; hoodies, zip-ups, and joggers use the heavier apparel rate. Mixed carts are priced per category so we never undercharge shipping. Choose the option that matches your destination country at checkout.

Production usually takes about 2–7 business days before the carrier receives your package. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and refund the order.

Shipping delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs (for international shipments), or high seasonal volume. We will help investigate delayed packages when you contact us with your order number and tracking information.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we may charge a re-ship fee or offer a partial refund after deducting production and outbound shipping costs already incurred.
